REAL VIDEO STREAMING

Finished upgrading the video streaming setup on the server. Now you can click on any part of a video while it's streaming to jump around in videos. This is retroactive to all the videos in the members area. It's setup like youtube is, so it should make surfing the members area much more enjoyable!
