Doing away with Flash Formatted Videos

I have decided to completely phase out the Flash video format from the site. Mostly because of the problems that newer updates have with streaming the video in the web based player. Flash just can't support the high resolution that I like; AS WELL as Flash doesn't work on Ipads and Iphones. I will be replacing Flash with another MP4 format that will be tailored to streaming. Also, the player will be upgraded in coming days to support ipad, iphone etc...
